At La Ferme Le Pavillon, Nature at the Heart of Your Plate
We are committed to offering you meals that celebrate the richness of our local heritage. Our ingredients are locally sourced, mostly organic, and always fresh, carefully selected for their exceptional quality.
Our cuisine is directly inspired by the ingredients we use: aromatic herbs picked from our garden, vegetables sourced from neighboring farms, and the finest meats and fish carefully selected from passionate producers. Each of our partners—whether a farmer, butcher, or cheesemaker—shares our values: respect for animal welfare, workers’ rights, and sustainable practices.
Here, everything is homemade, with love and transparency. Curious? Just ask us—we’ll be delighted to share the story behind every ingredient on your plate.
